CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
ACQUA STOP è un trattamento idrorepellente a base di silani/silossani in emulsione acquosa, caratterizzato da una viscosità ridotta che favorisce una penetrazione ottimale nei materiali da proteggere. Una volta applicato, ACQUA STOP crea una barriera invisibile che impedisce all’acqua (e agli inquinanti disciolti al suo interno) di penetrare nel supporto trattato. Importante: non altera la traspirabilità o la permeabilità al vapore d’acqua, né modifica il colore o l’aspetto originale del materiale. A ciò si aggiunge una solida resistenza ai raggi UV, garantendo protezione duratura nel tempo. ACQUA STOP è pensato per l’utilizzo su superfici minerali come pietra naturale, laterizi, cemento e manufatti edilizi in generale. Le sue applicazioni più significative includono: facciate esterne, pavimentazioni e superfici esposte, monumenti storici soggetti a degrado da acqua o smog, strutture sensibili all’infiltrazione ma che necessitano di mantenere traspirabilità e aspetto estetico.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
ACQUA STOP is a water-based water-repellent treatment formulated with silanes/siloxanes in aqueous emulsion. It features low viscosity, which ensures optimal penetration into the materials to be protected. Once applied, ACQUA STOP creates an invisible barrier that prevents water (and the pollutants dissolved in it) from penetrating the treated surface. Importantly, it does not alter the breathability or water vapor permeability, nor does it affect the original color or appearance of the material. It also offers excellent UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting protection over time. ACQUA STOP is designed for use on mineral surfaces such as natural stone, bricks, concrete, and other common construction materials. Key applications include: exterior facades, pavements and exposed surfaces, historical monuments subject to deterioration from water or smog, structures sensitive to water infiltration but requiring breathability and aesthetic preservation.
