CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
Prodotto a base di resine acriliche micronizzate in micro-emulsione acquosa, particolarmente indicato per il trattamento di sottofondi di massetti come isolante e consolidante di superfici minerali assorbenti sfarinanti e/o decoese. Grazie alla sua particolare composizione ed al diametro estremamente ridotto delle sue particelle, CONSACRILIC presenta un elevato grado di penetrazione ed esplica un’importante azione riaggregante, sia corticale che profonda, agendo da legante sul materiale ed eliminando i problemi dovuti allo sfarinamento. Ha inoltre la capacità di rendere estremamente omogeneo l’assorbimento del supporto, promuovendo l’adesione ed ottimizzando eventuali operazioni di sovra-verniciatura e/o finitura. CONSACRILIC non altera l’aspetto cromatico del supporto e non modifica in maniera sostanziale la sua traspirabilità e permeabilità al vapore acqueo, oltre che a presentare ottima resistenza ai raggi UV.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
CONSACRIL SIL S is a protective consolidant based on acrylic-siloxane resins in a solvent blend, designed for the treatment of degraded mineral surfaces such as natural stone, bricks, plaster, and concrete. Its advanced formulation allows for homogeneous absorption through the capillaries of the substrate, reaching the sound part of the material and acting as a re-binder on friable or disintegrated areas. The acrylic-siloxane active ingredient provides the treated material with high water repellency, effectively protecting it from water absorption and damage caused by moisture. Additionally, CONSACRIL SIL S imparts a “wet effect” to the substrate, enhancing the natural color of the material without altering its chromatic appearance. It does not completely block the porosity of the materials and offers excellent UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting protection over time. This product is ideal for conservation restoration and preventive maintenance on façades, monuments, and surfaces exposed to weathering, where preserving the structural integrity and original aesthetics of the materials is essential.
